On Saturday, July 13th, Friends, family, and possibly strangers that sign up will be welcomed to my home to pull out all the greys (and half greys) on my head.
All pulled greys and part greys will be catalogued during the
performance.
This series examines the ways to alter, adjust, and adapt
appearances deemed necessary for aesthetics and/or acceptance.
Hair dying is a multi-billion dollar industry but then what
cosmetics related product isn’t. Started maybe as long ago as the mid-1800’s,
humans have been tailoring their hair (as well as their pets) with natural and
chemical products.
